You’ve got the foundations.
Now let’s refine your technique and
build assurance.
You may have trained before, joined group classes or spent enough time in the gym to know what a squat or deadlift looks like.
The problem is that knowing what an exercise is and feeling completely confident doing it on your own are two different things.
You might still second-guess your technique, hesitate before increasing the weight or feel more comfortable when somebody else is training beside you.
That is where coaching can make the difference.

Technique
Learning how to move properly
You understand what you should be feeling, not just what the movement looks like.

Building from where you are now
Progress happens in order, instead of rushing ahead before the foundations are ready.
Strength

Confidence
You finally start trusting yourself
You stop questioning every decision and start training like the gym belongs to you too.

Does this Sound Familiar?
You understand what you should be feeling, not just what the movement looks like.
You could add weight to the bar this week, but you are not quite sure whether you should.
The squat rack is free - but you’re still not quite ready to take up that space.
None of that means you are behind. You're probably
more
than you think.

Fitness does not need to take over your life
Keep it simple enough that you can actually
stick with it.
There is a lot of noise and confusion around health and fitness. I believe most people don’t need more rules- they need a simpler, more sustainable place to start.
Track every meal
Train five days a week
Hit 12,000 steps
Sleep perfectly
Change everything at once
The goal is not a perfect four-week routine that disappears as soon as life becomes busy. It is a way of training that works alongside your life and becomes easier to maintain over time.

Eat smart.
Train strong.
Recover fully.
You build from there.

Personalised means more than your name on the program
Your training starts with where you are
now.
Before deciding what you should be doing next, I look at your current strength, mobility, training history, lifestyle, goals and anything from your injury history that needs to be considered.
Sometimes the fastest way forward is not jumping straight into the exercise you want to master.
If your goal is to squat or deadlift more confidently but the foundation is not there yet, the first phase might focus on building strength through your back, glutes or hamstrings.
That is not holding you back! It is preparing you to do the movement properly when you get there.
I'll also explain why something is in your program, what you are working towards and how each stage connects to the bigger goal.

There will be days when you have more to give and need someone to remind you of that. There will also be times when life is demanding enough that pushing harder is not the smartest thing you can do.

Meet Maria
Strong training. Simple advice. A coach who
pays
attention.
I've spent years studying movement, training and coaching people with very different bodies, goals and levels of experience. That experience has given her a strong understanding of how the body moves, what to look for and when someone may need support beyond what can be provided on the gym floor.
But I don't believe good coaching is about overwhelming people with everything she knows. It is about understanding what matters for the person standing in front of her and making that information useful.
She grew up watching people she loved work incredibly hard while their own health continued to move further down the priority list. Work came first. Family came first.
Everything else came first. Looking after yourself happened when there was time left.
I want women to invest in their strength, confidence and wellbeing now rather than waiting until life becomes quieter. Because for most people, life does not suddenly become quiet.
Inspire Vitality works alongside a small network of trusted health professionals so that clients can be referred on when they need additional support. This may include services such as nutrition support, body composition testing or other health professionals who complement the work being done through training.
Good coaching also means knowing when somebody else is better placed to help.
Sometimes the right support comes from someone else.
